The process of our cooperation typically unfolds through the following steps:
- First, please share us your style reference, this can be in the form of tech packs, detailed instructions, web links, or physical samples. This involves providing details about the product to be, such as dimensions, size, and color. You can also select your preferred designs directly from our catalog, and we are happy to assist you with any customizations or adjustments you may need. - Engage in a consultation with our team to discuss these details.
- We will provide estimated prices for both samples (please read the tips for sample work) and bulk production.The price varies depending on the complexity of the crafts, the fabric composition, and the prices of raw materials, etc. We may have a minimum sample quantity for woven products (excluding items that are in stock).
- Once we’ve agreed on the price and worked out the finer points of our collaboration, we will formalize our partnership with a signed contract, sealing our commitment to a successful business relationship.
- The manufacturing process begins as the factory initiates production.
- After production, a thorough quality inspection is performed to ensure that each finished item meets the highest quality standards.
- We will carefully arrange for shipping to ensure that your goods reach you safely and efficiently.
Lead time
Typically, the lead time ranges from 15 to 90 days. The exact lead time should be determined through negotiation.
Packaging and delivery
- Payment terms: T/T wire transfer.
- Packaging: The default packaging consists of each product being packed in a polybag, and it can be customized according to your needs.
- Shipment: For smaller quantities like a few cartons, express deliveries are available through DHL and FedEx. Air shipment is suitable for urgent deliveries, while sea shipment is used for normal deliveries.
- Delivery time：Normally, express delieveries take 3-7 days, air shipment takes 7-14 days, and sea shipment takes 45-70 days.
